Frances M. Davis
Frances M. Davis of Parkersburg passed away Oct. 13, 2008, at Cedar Grove Personal Care and Assisted Living. She was born in Miami, Okla., on Feb. 12, 1915, a daughter of the late James W. and Carrie Esther Davis. She was a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University and taught in the Polk County and Springfield, Mo., public school systems for several years. More

Congressman questions Charlotte leaders on development
