We are in our 3rd year renting here. We have had no major issues. All of our service requests have been taken care of in a timely manor and any complaints have always been addressed. The office staff is excellent and very friendly. The keep the grounds looking nice year round. The only thing that would make it better is if the rent didnt jump so much year to year for already occupied tenants, they dont give much of a discount.
